- Returns
Returns – Customer must obtain a valid return number prior to sending an order back. No returns after 30 days, no exceptions. All custom color orders are non-refundable and non-returnable. All Color Armor sales are final. All returned orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee, plus shipping charges.
- Warranties
Warranties – The following warranty is made in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. Sno Shield warrants that the products it manufactures shall be free from material defects. Any goods proven to be defective due to materials will be replaced or purchase price refunded. In no event shall Sno Shield Inc be liable for incidental or consequential damages or misapplication of the product. The customer shall determine the suitability of the product for its intended use and assumes all risks of its use or handling including proper installation of the product. Because the manufacturer has no control of workmanship, there is no warranty on screws, tapes, sealants or adhesives sold or recommended. There is no warranty on the installation or application of any Sno Shield, Inc products. Any Sno Shield product warranty claim is limited solely to Sno Shield, Inc.
- Shipping
Shipping – Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges. Any orders shipped outside of the Continental United States must be called in directly to our toll free number at 1-888-976-6744. Standard shipping is through UPS Ground unless otherwise requested by the customer. Please see UPS Ground Time Map for delivery time from Idaho Falls, ID.
- Pricing and Payment Terms
Pricing and Payment Terms – All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices quoted are in US dollars. We accept major credit cards. The customer will bear all costs associated with a disputed credit card charge which results in action from Sno Shield’s merchant account provider, otherwise known as “charge backs”. Taxes are charged on any orders shipped within the state of Idaho. Sno Shield, Inc reserves the right to change design and specification of our products without prior notification or alteration of literature.
