The snow defender 6500 is a wanted snow stop for many reasons. It is a stainless steel snow guard; therefore, it will not cause the roof to rust. It is a clamp-to-seam snow stop, meaning that it will not penetrate the roof surface. Lastly it can be purchased plain or powder coated; therefore, it can be painted to color match almost any roof.
